Havas Reports the Progress of Transactions Under Its Current Share Buyback Program

Havas N.V. (EURONEXT: HAVAS) hereby reports transaction details related to the €50 million buyback programme as communicated on May 28, 2025.
From November 3, 2025 up to and including November 7, 2025 a total of 462,781 shares were repurchased on exchange at an average price of €1.4804.
Up to and including November 7, 2025, a total of 14,382,135 shares were repurchased under the share buyback programme for a total consideration of €1.5016.
