With reference to the stock exchange announcement dated 31 October 2025
regarding the exercise of 50 000 share options in Soiltech ASA.
The Company's share capital is now 1,076,650.51 divided into 8,281,927 shares,
each with a nominal value of NOK 0.13. The share capital increase has today been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
