Envipco secures extension order for RVMs in Romania

Amersfoort, 7 November 2025 - Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco" or "the
Company"), a leading global provider of recycling systems and Reverse Vending
Machine (RVM) technology, today announces another RVM order with a Romanian
retail group.

Envipco has secured an extension order for delivery of 200 Optima RVMs with an
existing retail customer. Delivery of the order is anticipated H1 2026.

"The Romanian DRS has been a great success since startup about two years ago
for consumers, the environment, the DRS operator RetuRO and for Envipco.
Romania is on track to reach approximately 80% collection rate in 2025 from a
base of more than 6,000 RVMs. Envipco, with local production, supply chain,
R&D facility and a significant market organization, is proud to have secured a
leading market position in Romania, and is grateful for the trust once again
given by this leading retail group" says Group CEO Simon Bolton.

The Romanian deposit return scheme (DRS), operated by RetuRO SGR, was launched
on 30 November 2023 and has since startup collected 7.5 billion containers for
recycling. Collection rate for glass, PET and cans YTD 2025 is 82%.

Envipco's RVMs are manufactured at the company's production plant in Sebes,
Romania.
