Please find attached the quarterly report and quarterly presentation.
As announced in a separate notice today on 6 November 2025, the Board of
Directors of Otovo ASA (the "Company" or "Otovo") and of Onvis Inc. (“Onvis”)
have resolved to enter into a combination agreement.
Andreas Thorsheim (CEO of Otovo) and William J. (John) Berger (CEO of Onvis)
will give a presentation in a webcast at 08:30 CET on 06 November, that will
include a presentation of the combination and offer the opportunity for
investors to ask questions about it and the quarterly earnings. Interested
parties are directed to the enclosed report for further details.
