NOV and Soiltech enter global collaboration on drilling waste management

NOV and Soiltech have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to
collaborate globally on a non-exclusive basis on selected projects within
drilling waste management. The collaboration aims to combine NOV’s and
Soiltech’s waste management technologies to deliver tailor-made solutions for
customers.

“The cooperation with NOV will support our international expansion by leveraging
NOV’s complementary technologies and extensive presence in international
markets,” says Jan Erik Tveteraas, CEO of Soiltech.
