Magnora ASA: Receipt of USD 4.3 million payment from legacy license agreement

Magnora confirms receipt of the last payment related to our legacy contract with
Shell UK Ltd.
Reference is made to the press release for achievement of the final milestone on
21 October 2025.
The revenue is recognised in Q4 2025 and relates to the design from our legacy
technology business which was sold in 2018.
The amount will be forwarded to Hermana Holding ASA, settling the remaining
demerger liability from 2024.
