Appear ASA - Notification of trading

(ISIN: NO0013683821) notifies the following transaction by a person closely
associated with a primary insider.

Kirsten Nygård, a related party to primary insider Arne Græe, has through the
retail tranche purchased 157 shares in Appear ASA at NOK 66.50 per share, and
has in today's trading, November 6, 2025, purchased an additional 3,960 shares
in Appear ASA at a price of NOK 73 per share.

Following these transactions, Kirsten Nygård holds 4,117 shares in Appear ASA.
