Webstep ASA: Tom Henrik Rogstad new general manager of Webstep Oslo

Oslo, 5 November 2025: Webstep has appointed Tom Henrik Rogstad as the new
general manager for the company's Oslo office. Rogstad comes from the position
as CEO at Omegapoint Norway, where he has played a central role in the company's
strong growth and development over the past 15 years. He assumed the position on
3 November 2025.

Webstep Oslo is the company's largest department and has senior consultants who
cover a wide range of specialties - from architecture and system development to
data, insights and advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and machine
learning, technology management, and consulting.
