5 November 2025: Coretech AS, Kløvningen AS, Magnus Grenfeldt, Kent Lidstrøm and
Per Burman (the “Sellers”) have today sold the following number of shares in
Smartoptics Group ASA (the "Company"), at a price of NOK 26 per share (the
"Transaction"):
- Coretech AS: 2,900,000 shares (2.96% of the shares and votes in the Company)
- Kløvningen AS: 1,100,000 shares (1.12% of the shares and votes in the Company)
- Magnus Grenfeldt: 600,000 shares (0.61% of the shares and votes in the
Company)
- Kent Lidstrøm: 100,000 shares (0.10% of the shares and votes in the Company)
- Per Burman: 100,000 shares (0.10% of the shares and votes in the Company)
Coretech AS is a company closely associated with and fully owned by Thomas Ramm,
Chairman and primary insider of the Company, Kløvningen AS is a company closely
associated with and fully owned by Einar Caspersen, deputy board member and
primary insider of the Company, Magnus Grenfeldt is CEO and primary insider of
the Company, Kent Lidstrøm is CTO and primary insider of the Company and Per
Burman is CMO and primary insider of the Company.

DNB Carnegie, a part of DNB Bank ASA acted as sole bookrunner in connection with
the Transaction.
