Reference is made to the key information notice on 3 November 2025 published by
Black Sea Property AS (the "Company"). The shares of the Company are trading
exclusive the share consolidation (reverse share split) as of today, as
described below.

Type of corporate action: Share consolidation (reverse share split)
Reverse split ratio: 100:1, i.e. one hundred (100) old shares give one (1) new
