Black Sea Property AS: Registration of share consolidation

Reference is made to the resolution by the general meeting of Black Sea Property
AS (the "Company") on 25 June 2025 regarding a share consolidation (reverse
share split) in the ratio 100:1, and the key information notice regarding the
share consolidation announced on 3 November 2025.

The share consolidation has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the share capital of the
Company is NOK 23,091,880 divided into 4,618,376 shares, each with a par value
of NOK 5.00.

About Black Sea Property AS:
Black Sea Property AS is a real estate company with holdings in a real estate
project on the Black Sea coast called Sunrise River Beach Resort. Sunrise River
Beach Resort is a partially completed project and will upon completion comprise
