Reference is made to the private placement (the "Private Placement") and the
retail offering through PrimaryBid (the "PrimaryBid Offering") announced by
Zelluna ASA on 3 November 2025. Please see the attached PDMR-forms related to
(i) allocation of shares in the Private Placement; and (ii) share lending to
facilitate settlement of tranche 1 of the Private Placement and the PrimaryBid
Offering.
