M Vest Water AS New share capital registered

Bergen, 4 November 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements
by M Vest Water AS (the "Company") on 29 October 2025 and 31 October 2025
regarding the successfully placed private placement of 1,000,000 new shares in
the Company, each at a subscription price of NOK 8 (the "Offer Price") (the
"Private Placement"), and the conversion of a shareholder loan into additional
1,577,836 new shares in the Company at a price per share equal to the Offer
Price (the "Conversion Shares").

The share capital increases pertaining to the Private Placement and the
Conversion Shares, are now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises. Following the registration, the Company's share capital is NOK
80,351.38032526814 (registered as 80,351.38), divided into 35,295,663 shares,
each with a nominal value of NOK 0.002276522765.
