OTL - Odfjell Technology Extends Master Service Agreement for additional 2-years with Serica

Odfjell Technology (UK) Ltd is pleased to confirm a two-year extension to our
Master Service Agreement with Serica Energy (UK) Limited. This continued
collaboration highlights our strong relationship and ongoing commitment to
delivering high-quality campaign support and maintenance services in the energy
sector.

The Serica contract, awarded to Odfjell Technology in November 2018 for the
Provision of Storage, Preservation, Maintenance and Drilling Services, has been
maintained through a series of rolling extensions. Under the contract, Odfjell
Technology provides skilled personnel to support intervention and maintenance
activities on the Bruce platform, also delivering engineering input through
targeted surveys for Life of Field activities. This secures a further two-year
backlog for Odfjell Technology, reinforcing our continued support of Serica’s
operational needs.
