Byggma ASA
Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Byggma ASA to trading on Euronext Growth
Oslo as a transfer from Euronext Oslo Børs.
It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies
the admission requirements on Euronext Growth Oslo. The company is granted
exemption from Notice 2.2 section 4 requiring a DD to be performed. It has been
considered inter alia that the company is currently admitted to trading on
Euronext Oslo Børs. The company is further granted exemption from the
requirement of 15% spread in Rulebook II section 2.1.5.2. The exemption takes
into account inter alia that the company is currently admitted to trading on
Euronext Oslo Børs, the total market capitalization of the company and that the
company currently fulfills the requirement for number of shareholders by a good
margin.
The CEO of Euronext Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than
2 February 2025. Due to Oslo Rulebook II section 2.12, first day of admission to
trading on Euronext Growth Oslo will be at the earliest three weeks after
