Euronext Oslo Børs – Decision on admission to trading – Appear ASA

“Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Appear ASA to trading on Euronext Oslo
Børs, alternatively Euronext Expand.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies
the admission requirements on Euronext Oslo Børs. If the company does not
satisfy the admission requirements on Euronext Oslo Børs, the company will be
admitted to trading on Euronext Expand, provided the admission requirements on
Euronext Expand is satisfied.

The CEO of Euronext Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than
30 January 2026.”
