Wellbore Integrity Solutions Parent Inc – Successful listing of bond issue

Wellbore is pleased to announce that the Bonds issued in the "Wellbore Integrity
Solutions Parent Inc. 12.00% senior secured USD 200,000,000 bonds 2025/2029"
have been accepted for listing on the Nordic ABM, with effect from 31 October
2025. Attached is the Bond Terms, as well as the Admission Document and Loan
Description prepared in connection with the listing

The completed listing on the Nordic ABM within 30 days of the Issue Date
supersedes the listing of the Bonds on the Frankfurt Open Market.
