Shelf Drilling, Ltd – Shareholder disclosure notification

Funds and entities managed by Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. and its affiliates
have today, 30 October 2025, sold 5,104,104 shares in Shelf Drilling, Ltd. (the
"Issuer"), thereby crossing below the 5% disclosure threshold. Following the
transaction, funds and entities managed by Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. and
its affiliates own 10,069,484 shares in the Issuer, equivalent to approximately
3.92% of the total shares and votes of the Issuer.

Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. (for and on behalf of funds and entities managed
by it or its affiliates) is the disclosing party on an aggregated level. The
shares are held by AIO VII S.à.r.l. and Anchorage Credit Opportunities Master
Fund VIII (A), L.P., which are managed by Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. and
Anchorage Opportunities Advisor, L.L.C., respectively.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
