Primary insider notification - settlement shares

Stormast AS controlled by Anton Lorenz Bondesen, CEO and primary insider, has
today been entitled to 605 696 shares in CodeLab Capital AS at an average price
of NOK 3,30 per share. The shares are settlement shares for CodeLab’s
acquisition of Cloudya AS, where Stormast AS was a minority shareholder (20%).

Following the share transaction and completion of the Cloudya transaction Anton
Bondesen and related parties hold 4 398 614 shares in the Company, corresponding
to 30,43% of the outstanding shares.
