NORSE ATLANTIC ASA: New share capital registered

Arendal, Norway, 31 October 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcements published by Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 27 October 2025
regarding the private placement of 14,780,242 new shares in the Company at a
subscription price of NOK 7.6938 per share, raising gross proceeds of
approximately NOK 113.7 million (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the shares in the
Private Placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises.

Share capital: NOK 81,291,329.00

Total number: 162,582,658

Nominal value per share: NOK 0.5
