Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Magne Reierson, COO of Goodtech ASA, has on 31. October 2025 sold 20,000 shares
in Goodtech at an average price of NOK 9.00 per share.

39,920 shares were allocated to the primary insider in June 2025 as part of
Goodtech ASA’s Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) program. In accordance with the
program terms, the participant is permitted to sell up to 50% of the allocated
RSUs within six months of receipt to cover tax obligations arising from the
share allocation.

After this transaction Reierson owns 57 235 shares in Goodtech.
