Correction * Resolution for transfer of Loch Duart PLC bonds from Euronext ABM to Euronext Oslo Børs

Loch Duart PLC has in a letter dated 28 October 2025, applied for the company's
bond LOCH01 PRO to be deregistered from Euronext ABM in accordance with the ABM
rules section 6.1, and new listing on Euronext Oslo Børs. Today, Euronext Oslo
Børs has made the following resolution:

* «The bonds issued by Loch Duart PLC LOCH01 PRO will be deregistered from
Euronext ABM as of 3 November 2025. The first day of listing on Euronext Oslo
Børs will be 4 November 2025.»
