CodeLab Capital AS – Cloudya transaction finalized

Oslo, 31 October 2025

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by CodeLab Capital AS
(the "Company") on 24 October 2025 regarding the Company's acquisition of 50,06%
of Cloudya AS.

All closing conditions have been met and lifted by both buyer and sellers. As
such the transaction has been carried through.

From an accounting point of view the Company will include Cloudya from November
1st 2025.

The issuance of shares to the sellers and registration with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises are ongoing and expected to be in place next
week.
