SATS ASA: SATS share buyback program has been completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by SATS ASA ("SATS"
or the "Company") on 8 May 2025 of the launch of SATS' program to repurchase
up to 2,500,000 of the Company's shares in open market transactions for a
total amount of up to NOK 100 million during the period from 9 May 2025, until
no later than the Company's Annual General Meeting of 2026, pursuant to an
agreement with DNB Carnegie (the "Buyback Program").
SATS has now completed the share buyback program. A total of 2,449,430 shares,
which equals 1.23% of the shares in the company, were purchased on Oslo Stock
Exchange, for a total consideration of NOK 91,556,725. The average price paid
per share was NOK 36.6310. Following this, SATS owns a total of 4,922,241 own
shares.
