Veidekke: Invitation to presentation of Q3 2025 results 6 November 2025

Veidekke ASA will report third quarter 2025 results on Thursday 6 November 2025
at 07:00 CET. The report and presentation will be made available at the same
time on veidekke.com.

A presentation of the quarterly results will be held at 08:30 CET at Veidekke's
head office Standardveien 28 at Ulven in Oslo. All presentations will be held in
Norwegian.

Presentations and ensuing Q&A will be webcast on veidekke.com. Veidekke welcomes
questions to the presenters from the audience present or via web.
