Presentation of third quarter results 2025

The results for the third quarter ended 30 September 2025 will be published on
31 October 2025 on the Oslo Stock Exchange and on Sea1 Offshore Inc.'s website.

A conference call will be held on the same day at 09:00 (CET) to review the
