momox Holding SE – Prospectus approved for listing of bonds with ISIN NO 0013414524

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by momox Holding SE
(the "Company") on 2 December 2024 regarding the successful placement of new
senior secured bonds in an initial issue amount of EUR 125 million, within a
framework of EUR 200 million, with ISIN NO 0013414524 (the "Bonds"). The initial
issue amount of the Bonds were issued on 16 December 2024.
The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Nw.: Finanstilsynet) has today,
29 October 2025, approved a prospectus prepared by the Company (the
"Prospectus") for the listing of the Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs.
The Prospectus will be made available on the Company's website:
