Share capital increase completed

AF Gruppen ASA (AFG) has issued 766,831 shares as a private placement in line
with the Company's share purchase program for employees, as informed in the
public announcement as of 9 October 2025. The subscription price is NOK 135.00
per share.

The share capital increase has increased the share capital in AFG ASA by NOK
38,342 to NOK 5,502,832. The total number of shares outstanding after this share
capital increase is 110,056,631.
