Notification of major shareholding

Reference is made to the stock announcements made by Vend Marketplaces ASA
("Vend") regarding the collapse of Vend's A-shares and B-shares into one single,
joint share class. Following the collapse of the share classes, but not
including any subscription rights or shares in the contemplated share issuance
referred to by Vend in its stock announcement on 27 October 2025, Blommenholm
Industrier AS ("BI") currently holds 41,177,071 shares in Vend, equal to approx.
18.15% of the votes (a reduction from approx. 28.9% prior to the collapse of the
share classes).

This announcement is subject to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading
Act.
