KMC Properties ASA – Extension of CEO Appointment

Oslo, 28 October 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published
on 25 May 2025 regarding the appointment of Christian Linge as Chief Executive
Officer (CEO) of KMC Properties ASA.

The appointment has been prolonged for 6 months, effective from the initial
agreed duration. The appointment will consequently continue until 19 May 2026.
