Constellation Schedules Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Earnings Release

Luxembourg, October 28th, 2025 – Constellation Oil Services Holding S.A.
(“Constellation” or the “Company”) will hold its fourth quarter and full year
2025 earnings call at 11:00 a.m. BRT (10:00 a.m. EST | 03:00 pm CET) on Monday,
March 23, 2026. The financial statements and the earnings release will be issued
