Umalis Group announces the complete overhaul of its information system

Umalis Group (Euronext Growth Paris – FR0011776889 – MLUMG) announces the launch of a major project to overhaul its information system (IS), with production scheduled in nine months, by July 2026.

This new IS aims to modernize and automate the Group’s administrative, accounting, and HR processes, while providing both employees and internal teams with a smoother and more secure user experience.
The new architecture, fully compliant with GDPR, will integrate artificial intelligence modules dedicated to mission tracking, anomaly detection in accounting, and revenue forecasting.

The system will be based on two distinct consoles:

• An “Admin Console”, designed for HR, payroll, accounting, and commercial teams, featuring automated reporting via SageBI and SQL.
• A “Consultant Console”, offering employees a complete personal space (missions, expense reports, activity reports, messaging, and documents).
  This new version will also include an AI-powered matching module, enabling employees to access hundreds of personalized mission offers, inspired by the model of the Bizme.fr platform.

This technological overhaul is part of Umalis Group’s broader digital transformation strategy, aiming to strengthen operational efficiency and support the company’s growth in the smart wage portage sector.
