NRC Group ASA - Option exercised for railway maintenance contract in Sweden - SEK 66 million

The Swedish Transport Administration has exercised the first option year under
the ongoing railway maintenance contract for the Västra Götaland Väst area,
awarded to NRC Group Sverige AB in 2022.

The exercised option is valued at approximately SEK 66 million, and the contract
is now scheduled for completion in August 2029.
