EAM Solar: Reminder of Last day of Subscription Period on Monday 27 October

Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements published by EAM
Solar AS (the "Company") regarding the rights issue of up to 20 000 000 shares
in the Company (the "Offer Shares"), at a subscription price of 1.0 per Offer
Share, to raise gross proceeds of NOK 20 million (the "Rights Issue").

The subscription period for the Rights Issue (the "Subscription Period") expires
on Monday, 27 October 2025 16:30 (CEST).

The Rights Issue is conditional upon that the company raises at least NOK
7,649,740 in the Rights Issue (the “Minimum”). As communicated by the Company on
21 October 2025, the Minimum was exceeded on 20 October 2025. Subscriptions
received as of close of trading on 24 October remain above the Minimum.

The Company reminds that Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for
Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period on 27 October 2025 at
16:30 hours (CEST) will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the
holder upon expiry of the Subscription Period.
