EAM Solar AS: Rights Issue - Supplemental Prospectus Issued and Consequential Extension of Subscription Period

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements from EAM Solar AS (the
"Company") 22 October 2025 regarding the NOK 20 million Rights Offering (the
"Rights Offering) and the updates regarding the discussions with Intesa
Sanpaolo.

Based on the progress in the discussions with Intesa Sanpaolo, the Company has
published a supplemental prospectus (“Supplemental Prospectus”) dated 23 October
2025. The Supplemental Prospectus is, subject to local applicable securities
laws, available at the website of Norne Securities AS on www.norne.no/EAM

In accordance with rules and regulations, the Subscription Period must be
extended to Monday 27 October at 16:30 CEST. Subscribers who have subscribed for
shares prior to publication of the Supplemental Prospectus have a right to
withdraw their subscription until that date, as set out in the Prospectus
Regulation art. 23.

Notices of allocation are expected to be sent out on or about 28 October 2025.

Payment date will be 30 October 2025.
