SpareBank 1 Gruppen's consolidated net profit after tax for the 3rd quarter and
year to date in 2025 were NOK 1 292 (825) million and NOK 3 062 (1 240) million,
respectively. The controlling interest’s share of the consolidated net profit
after tax for the 3rd quarter and year to date were NOK 697 (442) million and
NOK 1 688 (647) million, respectively.

SpareBank 1 Østlandet holds an ownership stake of 12.4 % in SpareBank 1 Gruppen
AS. SpareBank 1 Østlandet's share of the controlling interest’s net profit after
tax for the 3rd quarter was NOK 87 (55) million. The equivalent share of the
controlling interest’s net profit after tax year to date was NOK 209 (80)
million.

Fremtind Holding Group, owned 51,44 % by SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS, reported a
pre-tax profit of NOK 1 503(1 095) million in the 3rd quarter and NOK 3 492 (1
824) million year to date.
