Result of offer to buy back shares

Reference is made to the stock exchange release of ABG Sundal Collier Holding
ASA (“ABGSC” or the "Company") dated 22 October 2025 regarding an offer to buy
back shares for up to NOK 50,000,000. The Company has purchased 6,944,444 shares
at a price of NOK 7.20 per share.

Following the transaction ABGSC owns 20,579,166 treasury shares and has forward
contracts with partners purchasing a total of 60,227,732 shares, with settlement
in 2025 – 2031. ABGSC has authorization to re-purchase its shares in the market
or to issue new shares.
