Oslo, 22 October 2025: Reference is made to extraordinary general meeting held
by Hynion AS (the "Company") on 03 October 2025, where a share capital increase
where registered («Tranche 2»). The share capital increase has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw:
Foretaksregisteret). Following registration of Tranche 2, the Company’s share
capital is NOK 3 752 916,26, divided into 750 583 252 shares, each with a
nominal value of NOK 0,005.
