New date for hearing in the matter with Intesa Sanpaolo

Reference is made to the Company’s recent communications in relation to the
ongoing discussions between EAM Solar AS and Intesa Sanpaolo.

As communicated earlier today, 22 October 2025, the parties petitioned the Court
of Appeal for a postponement of the hearing on stay of execution, originally
scheduled for 5 November 2025.

The Company has been informed that the petition has been accepted by the Court
of Appeal and that the court has set 11 February 2026 as the date to hear both
the application for stay of execution and the merits of the case.
