Update on progress of discussions with Intesa Sanpaolo

Reference is made to the Company’s previous announcements and reporting in
relation to the ongoing dialogue with Intesa Sanpaolo about finding an
alternative solution to the ongoing dispute between the parties.
The parties have engaged in discussions since January 2025 about finding such
alternative solution. After ten months of discussion, EAM believes that the
parties are now close enough that an arrangement can be reached on concrete
terms which benefit both EAM and Intesa.
The Company expects a that concrete terms can be agreed within a short time.
Once such terms are reached, the Company will update the market. The Company
cannot share any further specific details at this time.
