Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares in Seacrest Petroleo Bermuda
Limited from trading on Euronext Expand and ISIN NO0013134759 Seacrest Petroleo
Ltd 24/27 16,00% USD C from Nordic ABM. Pursuant to Rulebook II section 2.10.2
(1) and ABM Issuer Rules section 6.1 (1) Euronext Oslo Børs has on 20 October
2025 made the following resolution: “The shares in Seacrest Petroleo Bermuda
Limited will be delisted from the Euronext Expand as of 6 November 2025. The
last day of listing will be 5 November 2025. ISIN NO0013134759 Seacrest Petroleo
Ltd 24/27 16,00% USD C will be deregistered from Nordic ABM as of 6 November
2025. The last day of being registered will be 5 November 2025.”
