The Board of Directors in Hynion AS (the «Company») is pleased to announce that
Lavrans Grjotheim will become a new CEO of the Company with effect from today,
and replace interim CEO Sebastian Rundquist. He will lead the work on
restructuring the Company as previously announced to the market. Lavrans brings
on knowledge from financial markets and hydrogen.
Lavrans Grjotheim serves as the largest shareholder and owns 303 588 000 shares
in the Company through Galileo Ventures AS, representing 40.47% of the
outstanding shares. He has committed himself to work with Hynion AS for a 3
months tenure and will do his best to make a successfull outcome possible, the
tenure could be extended if both parties agree.
