EAM Solar AS: Rights Issue - Extension of Subscription Period

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements from EAM Solar AS (the
"Company") on 20 October 2025 regarding the last day of the subscription period
in the NOK 20 million Rights Offering (the "Rights Offering).

With reference to the stock exchange notice from earlier today, 20 October 2025,
regarding new material information, the Company's Board of Directors has now
resolved to extend the subscription period in the Rights Offering until 24
October 2025 at 16:30 CET. The Board maintains the authority to close the
subscription period earlier than 24 October 2025 at their discretion.

The Company will provide details of the allocation date, payment date and
settlement date upon close off the Subscription Period.
