Share capital increase registered

Huddlestock Fintech AS ("Huddlestock" or the "Company") hereby announces that
the share capital increase related to conversion of the following outstanding
amount has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises (the "NRBE") (Nw: Foretaksregisteret):

* NOK 2,187,237.47 of the outstanding amount pursuant to the convertible loans
issued in connection with the Private Placement of convertible loans completed
on 29 May 2024.

In total, the capital increase pertaining to the abovementioned registration is
NOK 6,099.7353 by the issuance of in aggregate 3,210,387 new shares. Following
registration of the share capital increases, Huddlestock's share capital is NOK
537,720.0659 divided into 283,010,561 shares, each with a par value of NOK
0.0019.

All amounts outstanding under the convertible loans placed through the private
placement completed on 29 May 2024, have now been settled by conversion into
shares of the Company.
