Endúr ASA - Establishment of subsidiary Nova Water Solutions AS

16 October 2025 - Nova Water Solutions AS is being established by Total Betong
AS (“Total Betong”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Endúr ASA ("Endúr"). Total
Betong will be the majority owner of Nova Water Solutions AS with 75 %, E&D
Nordic Holding AS 12.5 %, and KSM Invest AS owns 12.5 %. Nova Water Solutions AS
will enter the market as a turn-key contractor operating within the water and
wastewater infrastructure sector.

Nova Water Solutions' services include consultancy, engineering, procurement,
fabrication, and construction. A dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) will
lead project, design, and construction management, anchored in core expertise
across water and wastewater infrastructure.

To address growing demand for operations and maintenance, the company intends to
establish regional hubs at strategic locations across Norway to support small
and mid-sized municipalities.

investment estimated at more than NOK 400 billion to comply with new regulations

Nova Water Solutions also plans to collaborate with other companies in the Endúr
group - including Total Betong AS, HAB Construction AS, and Artec Aqua AS - to
strengthen the group's capacity to serve both municipal and industrial clients
in the water and wastewater sector.
