City of Oslo - Successful issuance of inaugural syndicated NOK green bonds

The City of Oslo (issuer rating AA+ by S&P) has today successfully issued NOK
5bn in green fixed rate bonds.

The transaction is split in three tranches:
• NOK 2bn in a new 10 year fixed rate green bond, ISIN: NO0013684308 with a
coupon rate of 4.37% p.a. Maturity date is 23 October 2035.
• NOK 2bn in a new 15 year fixed rate green bond, ISIN: NO0013684316 with a
coupon rate of 4.427% p.a. Maturity date is 23 October 2040.
• NOK 1bn in a new 20 year fixed rate green bond, ISIN: NO0013684324 with a
coupon rate of 4.368% p.a. Maturity date is 23 October 2045.

The use of proceeds will be financing of the City of Oslo's new water supply.

The issuer's green bond programme has an SPO of Dark Green from S&P Global
Ratings.
