by Ayfie International AS ("Ayfie" or the "Company") on May 8, 2025 regarding a
successfully completed private placement (the "Private Placement") of new shares
in the Company (the "Offer Shares").
The share capital increase related to issuance of Offer Shares in the Private
Placement was registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises
June 6, 2025
The new share capital of the Company is NOK 50.023.796,00 divided on 25,011,898
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2.00.
