Agilyx ASA – New share capital

OSLO, Norway – October 16th, 2025 – Agilyx ASA (OSE: AGLX; OTCQX: AGXXF)
(“Agilyx” or “the company”) references the announcement made by the Company on
15 October 2025 regarding the completion of its strategic investment in GreenDot
Global S.à.r.l. (the “Transaction”). Reference is further made to the Company's
announcement on 3 October 2025 regarding the extraordinary general meeting of
the Company resolving to, inter alia, issue up to 14 866 554 new shares as part
of the consideration for the Transaction.

The Company hereby announces that the resulting share capital increase has now
been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following
this registration, the Company's new share capital is NOK 2,507,055.16, divided
into 125,352,758 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.

This information is published in accordance with the disclosure requirements of
Euronext Oslo Rule Book II and Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading
Act.
