NEXT Biometrics Group ASA – Registration of new share capital following the successful NOK 20m Private Placement at NOK 4.25 per share

Oslo, 15 October 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements
published by NEXT Biometrics Group ASA (the "Company") on 16 September 2025
regarding the private placement of 4,705,882 new shares in the Company, at a
subscription price of NOK 4.25 per share, raising gross proceeds of
approximately NOK 20 million (the "Private Placement"), and on 8 October 2025
regarding the approval by the Company's extraordinary general meeting of the
Private Placement.

The share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital of the Company is NOK 119,860,417,
divided into 119,860,417 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
