Fjord Defence Group ASA – Prospectus summary for transfer of listing from Euronext Expand to Euronext Oslo Børs

Reference is made to the resolution announced by Euronext Oslo Børs on 14
October 2025 to approve the transfer of the listing of the shares in Fjord
Defence Group ASA (the "Company") from Euronext Expand to Euronext Oslo Børs.

The first day of trading in the Company's shares on Euronext Oslo Børs will be
16 October 2025. Hence, the last day of trading in the Company's shares on
Euronext Expand was today, 15 October 2025. The ticker code and the ISIN of the
Company's shares will remain unchanged.

The Company has prepared a prospectus summary, serving as a transfer listing
document only, in accordance with Article 1 no. 5 (j) of Regulation (EU)
2017/1129, as amended. The prospectus summary is enclosed to this stock exchange
announcement and available on the Company's website, www.fjorddefencegroup.com.

The Company's CEO, Jon Asbjørn Bø, states: "The uplisting to the main list on
Euronext Oslo Børs is part of our systematic efforts to build a compounder
within the defense industry. It will strengthen our position, attract a wider
